Understanding bereavement

Zoom digital event
Page media

Join us to look at how we are affected by bereavement, and share ways to cope with loss. Whether you're a carer who's lost someone already, or you can see that your role will be coming to an end, this session will provide insight and support.

Understanding bereavement

Bereavement affects us in many ways: physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Join us to explore this together and to share ways to cope with loss. With Angela Higgins, Bereavement Co-ordinator at The Bereavement Centre.

This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.

If you’ve not used Zoom before, we have a handy guide below which will talk you through it.
