Leading Action for Carers to grow and reach more unpaid carers of all ages, and ensure they have the best support, information and opportunities possible.

Rob has 20+ years experience working with charities, local authorities and education providers, and joined ACS in August 2024.

Hiddy has a range of experience in fundraising, working for various charities, most recently Cardiac Risk in the Young. He joined Action for Carers in 2025.

Nisha joined Action for Carers in May 2024, having spent over 25 years in the public sector.

Working in settings where carers need most support regarding the health of the person they care for, including managing our Hospital Carer Support team and Mental Health Carer Support team.

Commited to ensuring carers can move and handle the people they support safely and efficiently - and supporting the Moving and Handling team to give the best possible care.

Working to ensure that ACS manages its finances well.

Communicating the amazing work ACS does, increasing understanding of caring and making sure Surrey's carers know we can help them.

Natalie runs our People and Culture team, supporting staff and volunteers, and helping ensure they can do the best job they can.

Katie's team work with partners across Surrey to reach and better support unpaid carers wherever they are.

Lauren and her team work to ensure the right support is in place for young carers, aged 5-16, at home and at school.
