This PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) workshop is being run by Sian from Space2BU.
We will look at concepts such as self-esteem, communicating while in overwhelm, energy accounting and collaboration.
All content is applicable to all ages.

This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.
