Mental Health: crisis and contingency plans
If you're caring for someone involved with Surrey's mental health service, join us to learn about crisis and contingency plans, which form part of someone's care. With the consent of the person you are caring for, you can contribute to this plan; find out how this works, and what is helpful to have in the plan.
Mental health: crisis and contingency plans
Join ACS’s Rachel Brennan to understand the mental health service’s crisis and contingency plan, which forms part of someone’s care. Find out how carers can be involved in creating this plan, with the person they care for and the mental health service’s care co-ordinator.
This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.
If you’ve not used Zoom before, we have a handy guide below which will talk you through it.
