If you're a carer in Surrey with the person you care for attending hospital, we can help with advice, support, information and more. Meet your local Hospital Carer Advisor, Katie, at our Caterham Hub,

Is the person you care for in and out of hospital, attending for a long stay, or likely to be admitted?

We have Hospital Carer Advisors in Surrey’s main hospitals, there to help carers like you. The Advisors can help with advice, support, information and work to ensure smooth communications between you and the hospital staff.

One  of our Hospital Carer Support Team, Katie Davey, will be at the Caterham Hub to answer any questions you have regarding the support that ACS and the hospitals can offer.
