If you're a carer in Surrey with the person you care for attending hospital, we can help with advice, support, information and more. Meet Hospital Carer Advisor, Tamzin, at our Camberley Hub,

Is the person you care for in and out of hospital, attending for a long stay, or likely to be admitted?

We have Hospital Carer Advisors in Surrey’s main hospitals, there to help carers like you. The Advisors can help with advice, support, information and work to ensure smooth communications between you and the hospital staff.

Manager of our our Hospital Carer Support Team, Tamzin Ede, will be at the Camberley Hub to answer any questions you have regarding the support that ACS and the hospitals can offer.
