An Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) brings together the education, health and social care needs of a child or young person who has special educational needs (SENs) and/or disabilities.

Join Paul Baker, Transition Service Development Manager for Surrey County Council, to learn about the assessment process and what a plan can offer. Find out where to start in applying for an ECHP and what you need to include in an application.
