A two-part workshop helping you to look at their relationship with the person you care for and learn some new techniques. NOW FULLY BOOKED.

Co-dependency in mental health: finding a healthier relationship

Two workshops led by Alison Joyce, Space 2BYou

The two workshops are on 21st and 28th June, and you’ll need to be able to attend both sessions.

We’ll look at what isn’t working in your relationship with the person you care for and learn techniques to make the changes from dependency to independence.

The first session will explore issues you as carers are facing and techniques to help you. The second session will focus on how you used the techniques and support you in adapting any you have tried, and problem solving.
