Toilet training: beating the toilet monster

Hosted by Dr Mark Brown

Toilet training a child with additional needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can often be more complicated than training a typically developing child. Various issues can impact upon the process, including sensory, anxiety and communication. This workshop will cover how to make the toileting process fun and more manageable for both parents and the individual regardless of age.

Dr Mark Brown is a lecturer and special needs consultant, and his approach is very much focused on the person and on the family.
