Life skills for health: three workshops for young adult carers
If you’re a young adult carer, there’s a lot to juggle. Our wellbeing workshops look at ways to manage your responsibilities and the stresses of being a carer, and look after yourself too.
These sessions are specially for carers aged 18-24, helping you to recognise and address issues that arise because of your caring role. Join us to discover the importance of giving yourself time out, and build your confidence and self-esteem.
The workshops include topics and strategies for discussion so we can be our best, and do our best every day and you’ll come away with information you can take into your daily life to improve your overall health and perspective. With Taj Gilligan of Even Keel for Life.
Three sessions, running on Thursday 16th, 23rd and 30th September, and you’ll need to be able to attend all the sessions.
