If you'd like to know more about Hospice Care in Surrey, please join our session and chat with representatives from Surrey's hospices, as well as our staff.
If you are considering hospice care, there’s a lot to think about.
If you’re interested in finding out more about hospices, and how they can support the person you care for – either to remain at home, or to move to a hospice, then please join our session.
We’ll have carer leads from Surrey Hospices, Phyllis Tuckell, Sam Beare, St Catherines and Princess Alice joining us to talk about how they work, and their support.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the service they offer and ask questions you may have.
Our own Hospital Carer Support Advisors will also be there for support and advice.
This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.
