Carers’ Hub – Banstead
Our Hubs are ‘drop-in’ locations for Surrey’s carers to visit for advice and support. This Carers Week, we’re having a special session to celebrate.
Please join our celebration! Have free coffee and cake, and take part in our special wellbeing event, an introduction to EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique. There’s also the opportunity to chat with other carers, our staff and volunteers.
Caring for others starts with caring for ourselves.
EFT (also called ‘Tapping) is a technique that uses acupressure and psychotherapy principles with the aim of reducing emotional distress and increasing positive emotions.
By using EFT, we can reconnect with our innate sense of wellbeing.
Tapping can also be used with those you care for.
How to attend
There’s no need to book, just come along. We’d be delighted to see you.
The Banstead Hub is open on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, from 10am until 2.30pm.
