Healthwatch want to hear from Surrey's young adult carers about their experiences of accessing health and social care support for the person they care for.

Lisa from Healthwatch Surrey is running a session for young adult carers in Surrey.

Healthwatch (part of Luminus) want to hear from young adults about their experiences with health and social care services in Surrey.

Are you heard and informed. Are you listened to? Let Lisa know about your experiences and enjoy a chat with other young adult carers.

All attendees will receive a £20 pizza express voucher, so you can treat yourselves in your own time.

ACS’s Rachel Brennan will also attend.
