Find out about EHCP post-19

An Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) brings together the education, health and social care needs of a child or young person who has special educational needs (SENs) and/or disabilities.

This informative zoom event is for parents with children who may still require an EHCP and a specialist placement between the ages of 19 and 25. We will hear from SOS!SEN about young people’s rights and what an EHCP post-19 should include, from Rotherford School, who have specialist provision for 19-25 year olds with complex needs and from a parent carer who has lived the journey of seeing her child into post-19 provision with her EHCP.
