Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which people often refer to as EFT tapping, is an alternative therapy for anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and many other conditions. This self-help therapy involves acupuncture points on the hands and face, allowing the body to calm down even when the mind is overwhelmed.
Aga Kehinde is an EFT coach, with a nursing background and over 20 years of experience in the NHS and private sector. At this workshop, Aga will outline techniques you can practise at home to help manage stress and anxiety.
