Hospital information - what do carers need?

A chance to give your views on the information you needed (or believe you need) to support you through the hospital journey and discharge.

Hospital information – what helps?

What information and support helped YOU when your loved one was in hospital?

Working with SCC and the NHS we’re running a session to hear your views on the information you needed (or believe you need) to support you through the hospital journey and discharge.

Has the person you care for been in hospital in the last year or so. How did you find the experience as a carer? Did you get the information you needed? Were you kept up-to-date? Did everything make sense?

We want to hear from as many carers in Surrey as possible about how they have found the hospital experience, especially in terms of the information they received or found.

Please join us (refreshments provided) and share what information YOU think really helps carers.
