Being well, doing well: a three-part course

Join us for our new wellbeing workshops. We'll look at managing the ups and downs of being a carer, and tips to help you find the right balance to improve your overall health and perspective.
‘Being well, doing well’: 3 workshops
If you’re a carer, there’s a lot to juggle. Our new workshops look at ways to manage your responsibilities and the stresses of being a carer, and look after yourself too.
Join us for a chance to explore the importance to giving yourself time out, how to manage stress and look at strategies that you can take into your daily life to improve your overall health and perspective.
Our new wellbeing workshops allow you to consider how gain a better balance and create a ‘wellbeing toolkit’ to help you keep your life on an even keel.
Monday 19th and 26th July, Tuesday 3rd August 6.30-8pm.
These workshops are aimed at adults of all ages; we’ll be holding more specialist sessions for young adult carers aged 18-24 in September.
