‘Being well, doing well’: two workshops for young adult carers

If you’re a young adult carer, there’s a lot to juggle. Our two-part wellbeing workshop looks at ways to manage your responsibilities and the stresses of being a carer, and look after yourself too.

Our new wellbeing workshops are specially for carers aged 18-24. Join us to discover the importance to giving yourself time out, how to manage stress and look at strategies that you can take into your daily life to improve your overall health and perspective.  A ‘wellbeing toolkit’ will help you keep your life on an even keel.

Two sessions: Wednesday 9th and 16th June, 6.30-8pm, and you’ll need to be able to attend both sessions.
