Zoom digital event

As a carer, anxiety can be a problem, as well as a sense of loss, made worse as you see your caring responsibilities coming to an end. Join us to get specialist support.

Anxiety and loss

A chance to gain an understanding of anxiety and its symptoms.  Angela Higgins, Bereavement Co-ordinator at The Bereavement Centre, will help to explore factors around anxiety and loss, looking at how we can try to be less anxious and especially how we are affected as the caring role comes to an end.

Join Angela and ACS’s Laura Tuffnail, to look at the impact anxiety and loss can have on you as a carer, and ways to make sure you are supported.

This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.

If you’ve not used Zoom before, we have a handy guide below which will talk you through it.
