Anticipatory grief and loss
Join us for a Zoom session looking at ways to manage your feelings when coping for someone with a long-term illness or dementia.
Anticipatory Grief and Loss
Event led by Angela Higgins, Bereavement Coordinator, Bereavement Centre
This session will explore how caring for someone with a long-term illness or dementia can create conflicting feelings.
It will provide a chance to talk about the fatigue carers can feel and the mental, emotional and social effects of grief, both in anticipation and after a bereavement.
