18 hours per week over 3 days, East Surrey with home working
Join our Carers Support team as a Carers Support Advisor. In this brand new role, you will support carers by facilitating, organising and attending events and workshops. You will also meet carers on a one-to-one basis and give practical support and information.

1st role - 18 hours per week over 3 days, The Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford
2nd role - 21 hours per week over 3 or 4 days, St Peter's Hospital in Chertsey, fixed term maternity leave contract for one year
Working in partnership with hospital colleagues on specific wards you will Identify and support unpaid / family carers (including young carers) in the hospital setting. You will also engage with hospital Health Care Professionals so that they are aware of our services.
You will have experience supporting adults and families and ideally you will have an understanding of clinical ways of working in a hosptial environment.
