Carers Support Advisors -  36 hours per week - 2 posts available

In this exciting new role, you will plan, organise and facilitate carer well-being and training events across Surrey.  You will also manage a small caseload of carers, assisting them with matters such as benefits advice. 

You must either have experience working with adults and families in a social care, health or the voluntary setting or have a proven work history in events / training management.

Young Adult Support Coordinators x 2 - NW and NE Surrey - 18 hours per week

We are looking for Support Coordinators to advocate for and support young adult carers (aged 18 to 24) with their transitions into further education, work and adulthood.  

You must have professional experience working with young people and families  in one of the following sectors - education, social work, health or voluntary. 

We would consider applications from individuals looking for a full-time post (36 hours per week) who would then cover both regions.
