Future of SCC’s eight Residential Care Homes for Older People

Surrey County Council (SCC) has opened a new consultation asking for people’s views on the future of eight residential care homes for older people owned and operated by SCC.

The homes are: Abbeywood, Ash Vale; Barnfield, Horley; Birchlands, Englefield Green; Chalkmead, Redhill; Heathside, Woking; Keswick, Bookham; Medowside, Staines; and Orchard Court, Lingfield.

They are considering three possible options for the homes, and have full details on these, and the particular situation at each home, outlined at the start of the survey, which you can find here.

Please complete the survey and share your views. It’s open until early January 2022.
