Carers’ Hub – Camberley
Our Hubs are ‘drop-in’ locations for Surrey’s carers to visit for advice and support.
At the Hub you can meet with Action for Carers’ staff and volunteers. You can get information and advice on your caring role and the support available, and also enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
We often hold events at our Hubs too – such as special information events and support groups.
Social Prescriber
One of the Social Prescribing Team will be joining us to tell us more about how social prescribing works and how it can benefit you.
Cancer Navigator
A Cancer Navigator will also join us, between 10.30-12 to talk about help for you if you’re supporting someone with cancer.
Carer Practice Advisor
We’ll also have a SCC CPA with us to answer any questions about support in Surrey.
The Hubs are ‘drop in’…
