We’re marking World Mental Health Day – and Stress Awareness Week – with these two special events (10th October and 5th November).
Run by online therapy provider, ieso, sessions will explore the use of text-based cognitive behavioural therapy.
Each is a one-off session that will help you better look after your own mental health and wellbeing, when caring for an adult with mental health issues.
