I joined Action for Carers in June 2025, having previously worked as a people leader within Education for the last 10+ years.
I am excited to join ACS as the People & Culture Manager. Together with the management team, my role is to cultivate a positive and engaging working environment for employees. It is essential that our people feel valued, supported & motivated, so they can continue to provide exceptional support to unpaid carers across Surrey.
I have seen first-hand the challenges facing carers, and I am grateful to work for an organisation that makes a meaningful difference to their lives.
