Are you aged 16-25? Then come along and join us for our first ever Young Adult Carers Pool Party & Picnic!
Join the ACS team and other young adult carers aged 16-25 for a fun-filled summer Pool Party & Picnic, complete with outdoor games and the chance to relax, have fun and meet other young adult carers.
Please bring your swimmers, a towel, dry clothes to change into and sun cream (hopefully you’ll need it!). ☀️
