Looking for something fun and free to do this late summer?
Join us for a relaxing and fun kayaking and paddleboarding taster session in at Mercers Lake, Mercers Country Park.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have tried it before, come along to enjoy a wonderful experience, meet other adult carers, and enjoy some time for you.
Please note this event is for our adult carers only – so you need to be aged 18 or above.
Snacks and drinks will be available.
Programme:
- 10:30am – 12pm: arrive between these times, to meet, and for refreshments (free)
- 12 – 2pm: paddleboard and kayak taster sessions
- 2 – 2.30pm: follow up chat, feedback and goodbyes
Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers that you don’t mind getting wet, and don’t forget your sun cream!
