This is a special event, during Carers Week, for carers looking after someone attending Juniper Ward at Farnham Road Hospital .
ACS Carer Practice Advisors, Charde and Judith, will be there with hospital staff, to talk with carers, offer support and hear your views about care at Juniper Ward, as a carer.
You can also enjoy a friendly coffee/tea and chat with other carers.
