Caring for someone with mental health problems can be particularly challenging. This covers a very wide range of conditions, but carers for people with these conditions can share similar challenges. Come and join our staff and other carers for a friendly coffee, tea and chat session. A member of our mental health team will be there if you’d like to ask questions or find out more about the support available.
