Action for Carers Surrey is looking for two enthusiastic Young Carers Engagement Coordinators to join our Engage and Connect Service. These are exciting opportunities to make a real difference to the lives of young carers aged 5–12 by delivering inspiring activities, peer support and wellbeing opportunities across Surrey.

Do you love creating safe, enjoyable and supportive spaces which give adult carers the respite, connection and support they deserve? Are you excited by joining a passionate team to deliver group activities, both in-person and online, to provide support to adult carers and ensure they feel heard, valued and supported? Do you have experience of working in a community-focused setting, ideally with vulnerable or isolated adults?

Do you enjoy working with children and young people? Are you confident supporting group activities and helping young people feel included and valued? Would you like a flexible role making a real difference to young carers across Surrey?
