Why do I need to register as a carer?

By registering with us as an unpaid carer you will get access to a whole range of services, which may include advice, information and invitations to our events. Please complete this form if you feel we can help you, and one of our team will get in touch. Please remember to choose at least one of the communication options (phone, text, email or post) or otherwise we cannot contact you!

NB our service is only for carers who live in Surrey, or people who care for someone who lives in Surrey. Find details of carer services in other counties here.

Please note this form is for adult carers to register themselves. (That’s from 17-and-a-half-years-old and up). Please visit this page to see how to refer a young carer.
