You Matter - Learn and Thrive, Part 1: The impact of being a carer (Dorking)
You Matter - Learn and Thrive is our brand new six week course for carers to help you improve your wellbeing and feel more informed and in control. With a different topic covered each week, this first session looks at the impact of being a carer and how it can affect you.

Running over six Fridays, in Dorking, our sessions will look at different topics, week by week.
You’ll hear from our staff and a wide variety of external organisations too – see list below. Plus there’ll be opportunities to chat with other carers.
