Looking for a rewarding way to give back to your community? Come along to Homestarts’s Mini Volunteers Fair on Wednesday 9 September, from 10.00am–12.00pm, at Astolat, Guildford, and discover the wide range of volunteering opportunities available with local charities.
Hosted by Home-Start Guildford, the event is a relaxed drop-in session where you can enjoy a free tea or coffee, a slice of cake, and chat informally with charity staff and volunteers.
Whether you’re looking to volunteer regularly or simply want to find out what’s involved, this is a great opportunity to explore different roles, ask questions and learn how your time and skills could make a real difference in your local community.
A number of Surrey charities will be attending, each offering a variety of volunteering opportunities to suit different interests, skills and availability.
