In conjunction with Carers Support Woking, Carers Support Spelthorne, Carers Support Elmbridge and Carers Support Runnymede we would like to invite you to our North West Surrey Forum

Taking place at Silvermere Golf Glub, Cobham, KT11 1EF on Tuesday 15th July from 10am until approximately 2.30 pm.

The main speaker will be Richard Davy, Director of Healthwatch Surrey, consumer champions for health and social care in Surrey. Their aim is to improve health and social care services and outcomes for people in the county. As well as enabling people to share their views and concerns about local health and social care services, they also provide evidence-based feedback to commissioners and providers to influence, inform and, if necessary, challenge decisions and plans
