Thank goodness for technology! Just because you can’t catch up so much face to face it doesn’t mean you can’t chat to your friends and family. FaceTime, video chat, email, text or calls are all great ways to catch up with people outside of your home. Try and check in with someone once a day
Get active!
You’d be surprised how much you can exercise, even in a teeny tiny space. From PE classes with Joe Wicks to Cosmic Kids yoga sessions, there are lots of ways to keep moving. Aside from keeping you fit, doing regular exercise will fill your body with endorphins AKA the happy hormones!
