Research has shown that listening to music can have great benefits to both our physical and mental health including reducing anxiety, blood pressure, and pain and improving sleep quality, memory, mental health and promoting feelings of wellbeing.

Music provides a total brain workout.
Our workshop, includes a short talk on the benefits of music, followed by practical help on how to create a personal playlist for yourself and those you care for.
Music is especially beneficial to those with conditions such as Parkinson’s, autism and dementia.
