Mindfulness is the state of being actively in the present rather than in the past, or anticipating the future, observing ones thoughts without judging them as good or bad.
This half day Mindfulness Workshop at beautiful Polesden Lacey will help you learn how to use mindfulness to potentially lower stress, reduce harmful ruminating and help protect against depression and anxiety.
Run by our two mindfulness facilitators, Claire and Diana, this longer, more in-depth session should give carers a real understanding of the difference mindfulness can make in your life.
