Is the person you care for in and out of hospital, attending for a long stay, or likely to be admitted?
We have Hospital Carer Advisors in Surrey’s main hospitals, there to help carers like you. The Advisors can help with advice, support, information and work to ensure smooth communications between you and the hospital staff.
Your local Hospital Carer Support Advisor, Tamzin Ede, will be at the Merstham Hub to answer any questions you have regarding the support that she and the hospital can offer.
