Healthwatch Surrey consultation – giving carers a voice

Join Maria Young, ACS’s Giving Carers a Voice Co-ordinator to make sure your voice is heard.

This consultation session focuses on carers’ experiences in Health and Social Care. Sarah Browne, Healthwatch Surrey’s Community Engagement Lead, and volunteer Gill Dixon will be collecting your views to make sure carers’ experiences contribute to future services. This includes your experience of all NHS services including GP, acute hospital, homecare providers and residential care.

This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.

If you’ve not used Zoom before, we have a handy guide below which will talk you through it.
