Join us for a relaxed creative session! Journaling is a powerful way to improve mental health, reduce stress and anxiety and support wellbeing. This session is for everyone whether you are new to journaling or rediscovering it. Free journals will be provided.
Or you can bring your current project: knitting, embroidery, sketching, anything handmade or any work-in-progress. Get inspired. share ideas, tips and techniques. Bring your own supplies and enjoy a cosy time of creativity and conversation.
