It can be challenging to stay well at the moment. So many routines and support networks have been disrupted. But, it’s important to take note of some of the many positives that have emerged from this crisis… where previously community has felt a bit disconnected, we are now seeing a tidal wave of unity and enormous community spirit. Neighbours are checking in with each other, support services are adapting and acts of kindness are in abundance.
Staying positive is important but there are also practical steps you can take which will support and develop your wellbeing.
Keeping a good routine in place will help structure your day and the basic principles of eating healthily, exercising, and sleeping well have never been more relevent – you can find more about this on our existing wellbeing pages.
But we also recognise that living under lock down can present some new challenges so we’ve put together some more in depth ideas and suggestions which will help you get through isolation and social distancing.
